I recently had an amazing stay at this bed and breakfast. the location was absolutely fantastic, right opposite San Giovanni in Laterano. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions in the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Rebecca who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a lovely view. I also appreciated the fact that they had air conditioning and a common kitchen for guests to use. it was a great value for money and I would highly recommend staying here.
Nothing comes to mind, all was fine.

The staff is very good! the location is perfect - very close to Colosseum and we loved St. Giovanni in Laterano more than all other cathedrals! the service, food, everything is very very good!!!!!! if we go to Rome, we would definitely stay here!!!

Most of all I liked the location. It's 5 min from the nearest Metro Station. It's not the heart of the city, but not far from it. 15 min on foot from Colosseum. By far it's the best emotion.
The apartment itself is average. Furniture is quite old, sometimes broken. It is still functional, but visibly not that good. Breakfasts can be more creative.

Staying in this cozy B&B during my Christmas break was a wonderful experience. the room was impeccable and the staff was very friendly. I particularly appreciated the hotel's proximity to major landmarks in the city, making it very easy to explore the area. the free wi-fi was also very helpful and made it easy to stay connected with family and friends back home. breakfast was included which added to the overall enjoyable experience.
I had some issues with noise coming from the street during the night.

It was only a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. It was a good sized room, had a nice shower and a large wardrobe. Didn't have an external bathroom, it was in the room when we arrived.
Hotel reception was in a different building so didn't see any hotel staff.

I really like stay in this b&b especially becouse I like my own privacy and I don't like to feel observed. This room was like my own room in house, I had my own key. Nobody was looking where I go and what time I come back. For me that's important. Breakfast was fine but without meat. I could prepare it on my own. When I needed to ask about something I could find somebody from the service in the morning. Only one thing was a little defect - roumor outside. I had room with a nice view on Lateran but there is also noisy street. But u can always close the window or if u are totally tired it wont be a problem. Generally I can reccomend if u dont need personel always around, if u like your own privacy and if u dont need a luxury.
Noisy street

Wonderful view, clean room, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Easy access to Rome's historical center, metro, and public transportation. Good and cheap nearby restaurants.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The staff was very helpful and the location was fairly easy to reach most attractions within a 10-20 minute walk.
There was a bad mosquito problem in our room. We were staying in the apartment around the corner.

1. Sunday morning there was no hot water 2. Sunday morning, there is almost nothing to eat as breakfast 3. Monday morning there is no milk on the fridge, so we could not have breakfast 4. The coffee machine in the corridor of first floor scala A do not function 5. The sheets was not clean, we have to sleep first night on the hairs of someone else 6. For hot water, for milk, for a little question even for check-out, It was not possible to find someone, this is really irritating 7. They charged 10 Euro for late check-in , even they did not mention on their page on www. Booked.net

Spending Christmas in Rome was a dream come true, and the hotel didn't disappoint. The room was cozy and the bed was perfect for a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal, with most of the attractions within a short walking distance, plus it was easy to find transportation nearby.
That the neighborhood could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location. 10 min walk from the Colosseum and the historic city center. It was an apartment with individual rooms for guests with a common dining hall. Though the space was limited, the convenience of staying close to everything more than made up for it.
The staff at the reception dont show up till 09:30 AM and leave after 15:30. So if you're turning up before this time like I did, be prepared to wait.

We loved the staff, very helpful and pleasant. Nice room, very clean, towels looked pretty new, quiet and nice location. Fridge in the room for breakfast stuff. Good location for visiting the city, only 10 mins walk to Colosseum.
Poor breakfast - but we expected that and also we were able to use the kitchen to make some omelettes.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a prime location opposite Rome's cathedral-San Giovanni in Laterano. The value for money was excellent, and the prices were within my budget. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, especially with the clean and well-maintained rooms that had an air conditioning system. I also appreciated the convenience of a common kitchen for guests, allowing me to prepare my own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about bus routes and directions. The included breakfast was a bonus, with a good variety of options to choose from.
All was great, no improvements needed.

the area around is very nice, free wi-fi, good rooms/
too noisy if your room has windows to the Piazza San Giovanni, but it's quite okay when you close the window and switch on the air-cond. Breakfasts are poor but ok
